Cleaning supply rules for use with security & toilet integrated into shower systems 

Extra storage can be built around washroom - shower doors 

Washrooms keep a hot plate beside sink & cupboard space per capsule then microwave for food - drink with micro-refrigerators. Parking & bicycle storage connected on half quarter or quarter acre property or larger

Compact space often connected to other investments allowing for low cost living arrangements with parking options connected

MINIMAL DIMENSIONS 

A quarter acre or half quarter acre lot works at the minimal (40 capsule homes minimum). 

40 ft x 15 - 25 ft and we have 40 capsules yet we can stack up & add rows then extra washroom stalls 

For 20 capsules you require 39 ft x 15 ft x 14 ft / 21 ft

Common Lot Dimensions

While the shape can be anything, the following are some common or standard rectangular dimensions for a 1/4 acre lot:

• 104.35 ft x 104.35 ft: This is the size if the lot is a perfect square (the square root of 10,890 sq ft).

• 99 ft x 110 ft: A common historical dimension.

• 66 ft x 165 ft: Another traditional size based on older land measurements (chains and furlongs).

• 55 ft x 198 ft: A long, narrow option.

• 75 ft x 145.2 ft: Another practical rectangular size.

We may offer fractional ownership + rent out terms for people that prove they use their capsules for X days annual Vs rent out 

Residents temporary or permanent can keep items in two bags & keep a back pack for daily travel or messenger bag
